Ripped with Gens/GS r7 VGM mod.

This is the first 32x VGM pack with PWM sound
out there!

I optimized this vgm a lot (from 2.4 MB to
366 KB), although my OptVGM32 wasn't quite
developed.

Interestingly the sample music is stored in ROM
as a standard wave file (with RIFF header and
all the stuff), but the developers were too
lazy to even make it play from the correct
offset (but the length of the played data is
correct!), so the actual ROM plays some
scratches after the music ends (which I trimmed
out, of course).
