Notes:
1.02: Slight correction to composers. All 
tracks were rearranged by someone at Tiertex, 
while "Shine County" and "Night Ride" are by 
Tiertex, not Sega. (Sega's own compositions 
almost always use SMPS, anyway). Also, "A Huge
Pile of Parts" is a rearrangement of Fantasy
Zone's shop theme, so I added HK as co-composer.
