New set now using the extended id666 tag format

Update:
-Missing tracks dumped, Extended info cites OST pieces and Mother 1
 remixes. Pieces with SFX embedded redumped, and whole set 
 essentially redone from the ground up.
-Two known issues: mo2-126.spc plays way too softly, and key SFX
 (such as The OK Man & Belch's Burp) couldn't be isolated to rip.

Update 2:
-Even more missing tracks added. mo2-128.spc (formerly the problematic
 mo2-126.spc, rearranged due to additional tracks) fixed.
-All key sound effects, including the two mentioned in v2.0, dumped.

Update 3:
-Yet *another* missing track added (Someone's Knocking at the Door).
-Three tracks redumped: 020 (A Good Night's Rest), 065 (Winters' Wake Up 
 Call), and 130d (Smiles and Tears).
-Order slightly changed. (Tracks 129 and 130 switched around.)
-Added more notes on Mother 1 remixes.

Update 4:
-Even *more* new missing songs and jingles added.
 Will this set ever be 100% finished?!

Update 5:
-Total set cleanup: several tracks redumped, several additional
 variants added. Tagging and titling cleaned up somewhat, timers
 fixed, and unnecessary tracks removed. Set re-ordered to work
 in essential tracks.

Update 6:
-Yes, the biggest SPC set in existance just got bigger.
 *More* missing tracks added. Many are jingles or ambient-ish,
 and most are unused, taken from the hidden Sound Mode.
